Floor Heating Manifold & Electro-thermal Actuator
The manifold is designed for use in floor heating systems to regulate heat. It controls flow and return,with the option of connecting up to twelve floor heating circuits.The electro-thermal actuator is designed to control the flow of a hot water pipe to control indoor temperature.
Duct Temperature Sensor – Flange Mount
This sensor is used to measure the supply and return temperature in HVAC system. The flange mount design makes it easy to install the sensor in tight quarters. There are several sensor elements to choose from which guarantee compatibility with all popular DDC systems. The probe in the photo is our standard model which is always in stock, it has a 8″ probe and a 120″ cable, and employs either a precision thermistor or platinum film sensor, so field calibration is not required. The 10ft(3m) cable is “Plenum Rated”.
Damper Motor
The Actuator is intended for ON-OFF and floating point controls in HVAC systems. It can easily mount on a 1/2″ round or square shaft with solid screw sets. Angle of rotation is mechanically limited to 90 degree. When the actuator reaches its maximum position, the device will automatically stop. An override lever is provided on the side to manually disengage the gear. Two mechanical stops are provided for extra adjustments.
Dimmable Ballasts
The dimmable ballasts provide a continuous and individual control of lighting circuits, communications is over the Dali protocol. This item is out of production, when the stock is gone that’s it.
Water Meter
FM15-25 Series Rotatory Wing Dry Transmitting Water Flow Meters are used for measuring the volume of cold/hot potable water passing through the pipeline and remotely transmitting the signal of the water volume to remote monitoring equipment
Thermowells
These thermowells are designed for mounting temperature sensors in pipes and tanks.The thermowells are designed to handle this stress while providing good thermal contact with the fluid.They also provide isolation, if the sensor needs to be serviced the system can remain in operation without having to drain the lines. The thermowells are machined from a single piece of bar stock, there are no welds as found on competing products.
Replacement Motors For Zone Valve
The VG Series Valves are designed for hot water, chilled water, or steam control in HVAC systems. The globe design exhibits excellent controllability with two-way equal percentage and three-way linear response. The valves come in two-way or three-way NPT thread configurations. All the valves can be fitted with many different control actuators (both electric and pneumatic) and with a variety of control signals, spring ranges, and failsafe operation.
WTS5: Strap-on Water Temperature Sensor
This sensor is used to measure water temperature of heated or chilled water and other liquids found in the various mechanical systems of building. The sensor is especially intended for strapping to the outside of a pipe when there is no opportunity to install a well such as in a retrofit or additions to an existing system.The strap on probe is useful in applications such as monitoring batteries, transformers, generators, and generally any place where a complete assembly can not be mounted,Ice rink slabs and soil temperature are other applications.
