Air is drawn through the sensor, and particulate matter is sorted into two bins: one for 2.5μm particles and another for 10μm particles. The sensor reports results in μg/m³ and provides data via RS485 for seamless integration into larger systems.

The device supports multiple protocols over RS485 and Ethernet, including Modbus RTU and Modbus over Ethernet. It also supports Bacnet MSTP and Bacnet over Ethernet, ensuring flexible connectivity for diverse applications.
